Architect Needed for Residential Floor Plan Design
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I need an expert architect to redesign the first-floor plan for my residential home in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India. I already have a basic plan from a local engineer but am looking for a more optimized, modern, and space-efficient design.
Project Details:
First floor to be constructed on an existing ground-floor building (228 sq. yards).
Plan should include bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, and suggestions for lighting, ventilation, and materials.
Experience with modern residential design and compliance with local regulations is essential.
Optional: 3D rendering and materials recommendation.
