Architect Needed for Modern 3-Bedroom House Floor Plan & Elevation Designectural House Plan

I am looking for a skilled freelance architect to design a floor plan and elevated plan for a modern three-bedroom house in Mauritius. The total build area should be approximately 140m² over two floors (ground + first floor). T
he land is flat, and a land plan will be provided as an attachment - Refer to LOT 177/1 -total surface 189.92m2.

Project Requirements:
• Smart and efficient use of space for a compact yet modern home
• Must comply with Mauritius building regulations:
• Building line: 0.9m from side and rear boundaries
• Maximum height: 7.5m
• Septic tank: 2m from boundary and 2m from building
• Structural Design: Concrete
• Roof Type: Flat concrete

• Layout:
-- Ground Floor:
• Open-plan kitchen and living area
• One small toilet
• Large openings (double-glazed sliding doors) for natural light
• Space for 1 car park
• Small external green area (yard)
• Perimeter wall with motorized sliding gate as main entrance

-- First Floor:
• Master bedroom with ensuite (toilet & bathroom)
• Two smaller bedrooms
• Separate toilet and bathroom
• Large stairway
• Use sustainable and eco-friendly materials as much as possible in the design
Deliverables:
• Detailed floor plan (ground + first floor)
• Elevated plan
• Must include septic tank location, car park, perimeter wall, and green area
