My two-bedroom house has received a violation due to an old attached addition and the installation of a tankless water heater. As a result, the city has placed my property in the red zone. To rectify this, I need an architect to create both the current and proposed structural plans, as well as a structural plan for a handyman to follow for the necessary construction.
