Architect /Construction Plans/Drawings for 2bed2bath Apartment Rentals

I'm looking for an experienced construction professional who is able to create plans/drawings for a 2bed2bath apartment rentals -4 to 5 units. The desired square footage of each unit should be less than 1,000 sq ft if possible, and the floor plan should have a custom layout based on our specific needs to include large windows 2story ocean view, hilltop landscape. We are looking for a modern design with these buildings, so our needs must be met with the highest of standards. The ideal freelancer would have experience with similar projects, and be able to provide samples of their previous work.
