I am looking for an experienced Architect to assist me with my project which encompasses both new construction and renovations on commercial buildings.
I am currently at the planning stage of the project which involves creating designs and plans for the project. The ideal candidate should have a good knowledge of Australian building regulations and requirements and an eye for detail as the project requires an understanding of various design elements.
It's essential that the candidate has a portfolio or past experience in the area of commercial architecture as there are multiple aspects that must be taken into consideration when designing or renovating a structure.
The successful Architect must have a thorough understanding of local building regulations, great communication skills to be able to work within multidisciplinary teams and a drive to always deliver a quality design.
