Architect

My project is to design a resort farmhouse in a specific location. I have a good idea of where I want it and I have an approximate budget of over $10000. I am looking for an architect with the experience and expertise to complete the project with excellence. The architect must demonstrate knowledge in the areas of residential, commercial and industrial architecture. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should have a portfolio of all relevant projects previously completed and be familiar with the local building codes and regulations.
