Hi, I hope the poorly written explanations below helps....
LOWER LEVEL
Remove 2 of the 4 'Bed 2' walls, the 2 closest to the study and living area.
Remove 'Bath' completely.
Replace 'Bath' with a kitchen.
Replace 2 walls that have windows to outside with floor to cieling glass bi-fold doors.
UPPER LEVEL
Remove kitchen entirely.
Extend 'Bath' to half way through the current kitchen space, leaving a nook between new bathroom wall and stairwell void.
Replace door between 'Bed1' and 'Lounge' with a wall.
Move 'Water tank' to back left of yard. replace with a skylight and internal void.
Add a 3rd bedroom over the current grass and void area.
