Archicad Expert for Residential Construction Plans (ongoing job)
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are looking for a highly motivated professional with a desire to learn and develop in this role. This role will involve working and collaborating directly with the project team to coordinate drawings for high-end custom houses and commercial spaces.
A qualified candidate will have the following experience:
- An advanced understanding of drafting and managing files in CAD.
- A proficiency with ArchiCAD . Mandatory.
- At least 3-5 years of experience working at or with an architecture or design firm.
- Experience in architecture and construction to be able to draw construction details with little guidance.
- Very Good communication skills (Fluent English to be able to have discussions with clients on ongoing projects).

This is not a single project, but an ongoing commitment for 6 to 12 months at least, with a fixed salary (USD). Starting at 4 hours per day (flexible), 80 hrs/month (part-time).
Monthly salaries go from USD750 to USD1000.
