Apt renovations

I am looking to get some apartment renovations done as soon as possible. Specifically, I need a kitchen and bath remodel done, but don't have any special requirements or requests just yet - I'm not sure what I'm looking for, so I'm open to suggestions. I'd like whoever takes on this project to be able to start and finish the job ASAP. The budget for this project is tight but flexible, and all negotiations can be discussed.
