Amend building floor plan design

Attached floor plans, we need amended from showing two-bedroom flats to hotel ensuite bedrooms. Not needed being accurate, we can just copy a hotel room from other plan we can provide and paste it to achieve the effect. It is for presentation purposes only. Modernising the facade by touch ups preferable too, but not essential.

Also needing a template of scope of works (breakdown of costs for conversion/construction) if you have one. I mean just template of spreadsheet by item, not the actual numbers. Will pay for this of course.
