Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a land with an area of 981 m2 as shown in the attached. I would like to build a house in it utilizing part of the area while the rest will be garden for now and future house for kids.
The layout in ground level should have a master bed room with walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower section and jackozi in another side with sinks and toilet. The floor should have an open kitchen, setting area, laundry area, guest area, dining and a swimming boll and dirty kitchen.
1st floor should have at least 3 master bedroom with setting area.
Last floor should have maid room, water heater room and family room
