Allen, Texas, USA - Townhome Project

I need to submit a Site Plan, Landscaping Plan, and Elevation/Floorplan Renderings to the Design Review Committee (DRC) of the City of Allen for approval. I do not need building permit plans at this time. I have attached an example (43 Urban Village) of what I'm trying to achieve, as well as a rough sketch (sketchup) drawing of what I'm thinking. We can discuss further after your review. I also have a nearby townhome plan that the City has just recently approved that we can use as a reference.
