Airbnb Home Flow Floorplan
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Create a simple guest-orientation diagram showing the flow and relationship of the space in the house. This is not intended to be an architectural floorplan or marketing graphic.
Please keep the design extremely minimal to avoid Airbnb moderation flags.
What I will send you:
• Illustrator files, PDF or JPG of the sketches that are largely to scale but no dimensions are required.
What I need back:
• A clean, professional black and white diagram of the flow.
• Major furniture placement indicated (beds, nightstands, dressers, sofa, chairs).
Use simple lines, plain sans-serif fonts, minimal room labels.
• Scaled similarly so people with mobility issues can anticipate flow. Show breezeways, pass-through room, connection to exterior space, and they should indicate which floor it is referring to.
I’m happy with Illustrator files and/or a PDF, as well as a JPG.
