Adding a deck to a heritage building
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I'm looking for a Freelancer to help me add a deck to my heritage building. The purpose of the deck is to provide an outdoor seating area, and I have a general idea of how I'd like it to look and what materials to use, but I'm also open to suggestions. I am aware that some regulations will need to be taken into consideration, but I do believe there is some flexibility in those areas.
Decks have already been approved and added to the buildings in the past and the heritage architect we are using for other works to the building doesn't foresee any issues as precedence has been set.
I need architectural drawings to submit to Heritage NSW and for Council DA. There is a window onto the proposed deck area which I would open up to a doorway. I'd need advice on that.
