Academic Library Floor Plan Design

I'm a student. This project is for my assignment. just make it simple. I'm seeking an experienced architect or interior designer who can create a comprehensive and efficient floor plan for my academic library. (urgent!! need to settle in 10 hours)
- **Purpose and Usage**: The library primarily serves as a research and study space. Therefore, the floor plan should reflect this function by incorporating various areas that cater to these activities.
- **Essential Features**: For each of the four floors (ground, first, second, and third), I require the inclusion of:
- Bookshelves and reading areas
- Study rooms and computer labs
- Reception and administrative offices
- Sitting area for relaxation and casual discussions
- **Capacity**: The library is expected to accommodate more than 100 people during peak hours. The design should allow for this number of users without compromising on comfort or accessibility.
