Hi, am a 5.5 year homeowner in this extremely popular and upcoming neighborhood. New construction abounds in the way of townhomes, condos, apartments and chain hotels as well as air bnb properties. I am just a stones throw from the historic Union Station (AMTRAK - which I can see from my front sidewalk) railway, most federal, state, county and municipal employers, Chase Field, Phoenix Suns Arena, the Valley Metro downtown light rail, mulitiple City of Phoenix bus lines and a host of other amenities such as Downtown ASU, other educational facilities and a host of eateries.
I am in the conception stage of this project with only my thought process as collateral for now. I have lots of drawings and designs but I think it best to now have the assistance of professional input. I am not worth a mint but my property is. Purchased for about $116,000 in 2016 but is now valued to sell at around $325,000 as the property 3 doors down just sold for $345 and others are being built for just over 1/2mil, with this in mind, I've decided not to sell but rather to continue enhancing its value. Lastly, I am not looking for buyers but I am on the look-out for investors. Thank you, Abigail
