ARIZONA 4 Unit apartment HVAC stamped drawings

am looking to get plans for a mini split HVAC system for a 4 unit apartment building. I have the electrical plans done, but I need mechanical plans done for permitting. The work is installed but not connected. I can have our contractor provide photos, videos and/or measurements.

Provide stamped drawings and brief narrative responses for permitting.

Needs to be done by an Arizona registered professional.
