Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Design and Construction drawings for two Auxiliary Dwelling Units of approx. 700 Sq. Ft.
each, which include 2 Bedrooms, Living Room, Kitchen and Bathroom. Identical. Flip side of each other. One story . In a flat backyard of a 4 plex in Echo park, Los Angeles.
I already have the design in mind and can share it with the Architect.
2. Services to be provided by the Designer shall include:
a. Measurements of existing building and other features on the site, in plan only.
b. Preliminary Design Drawings (plans, two sections and main elevation).
c. Final Construction Drawings, ready for the Building Department approval. These shall
include standard structural documents.
d. Construction Documents, ready for the Building Department permit to be issued.
e. Two sets of print in print.
f. I want the Architect get the plans stamped and all I have to do is to pay for the permits.
g. I have been told, that most probably I wont be needing a structural engineer.
