1) Prepare a launch plan for an online ride hailing in a city of your choice in a format of a short (max 8-10 slides) PPT presentation. Think of the following topics:
a. Ride-hailing target audience
b. Value proposition for customers (How is Bolt different from taxi fleets or other taxi/ride-sharing apps?)
c. Supply (How many active drivers you would need for the launch of the category? What are the time estimates for signing up and training a sufficient amount of drivers? What is the situation with the supply for this service? Cheap, old but many? Less, new but expensive? Custom?)
d. Demand (What channels would you use to approach the target audience?)
e. Launch timing (How long will it take to launch the category after the start of operations?)
f. Creative & locally relevant launch
2) Prepare a reasonable budget plan spreadsheet for a horizon of 6-9 months with a constraint of max €1M for the city. We would like to understand your focus areas, where would you invest mostly. Think of the following budget items:
a. Fixed costs (office, salaries, etc)
b. Variables costs including estimates for marketing, driver support/subsidies and other potential areas you would invest
c. Income taking into consideration the base of users/riders/recurring riders and the following conversion rates: 90% of app downloads convert into signups; 50% of sign-ups convert into riders, 50% of riders convert into recurring riders
