Spreadsheet Budget Cleanup

I am looking for help with a project budget spreadsheet I'm putting together. Specifically, I need to have an Excel spreadsheet cleaned up for better organization and accuracy. The main purpose of the spreadsheet is to manage a project budget, so there should be an emphasis on tracking expenses and budget analysis.
