I need a detail-oriented financial analyst to dive into my QuickBooks data and turn raw numbers into clear insights. The two priorities are cash-flow forecasting and budget-variance analysis.
First, I want an accurate projection of incoming and outgoing cash for the next twelve months, built directly from the historical transactions already recorded in QuickBooks. Second, I need monthly variance reports that highlight where actual spending or revenue drifts from the budget and explain the drivers behind each deviation.
Deliverables
• Twelve-month cash-flow forecast (Excel or QuickBooks export)
• Initial budget-vs-actual report with written commentary
• A simple template I can reuse each month to refresh both analyses
I will grant you accountant-level access to QuickBooks Online and share the current budget files. Please bring best-practice modelling skills, a clear writing style for the commentary, and the ability to walk me through the numbers on a brief call at project hand-off.
