Part-time remote assistant to fintech exec
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m the CEO of a fast-moving startup and I need an analytical partner who can sit beside me (virtually) assist with daily tasks and follow ups and fine-tune every aspect of our resource allocation. The focus is broad: people, money, and materials all need to be balanced so projects hit their milestones without waste.
Here’s what working together will look like:
• We'll go through the daily/weekly list of "to-do" things. I will assign you some. Some examples:
Review current staffing, budgets, and inventory against our roadmap, then build a clear, numbers-driven picture of what’s really needed.
• You’ll create and maintain simple yet insightful models—spreadsheets, lightweight dashboards, or whichever tool best fits—to highlight gaps, overages, and trade-offs in real time.
• Throughout the week we’ll test scenarios, re-prioritise tasks, and adjust allocations; your analysis should be ready for quick decision-making during our touch-points.
• Every morning and by the week’s end I expect a concise summary that shows what changed, why it matters, and what you recommend next.
Success for me is measurable: smoother project flow, fewer bottlenecks, and clear visibility into spending and capacity. If you’re comfortable translating raw data into actionable guidance and enjoy collaborating one-on-one with a founder, let’s talk.
