Industrial Budget & Tender Specialist
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have civil and interior works coming up in an industrial setting and I need a sharp set of eyes on both the numbers and the paperwork. Your main tasks are twofold:
• Budget estimation – I will send you drawings, specs, and any existing take-offs. I need you to develop a complete cost breakdown: labour, materials, prelims, contingency and mark-ups, all clearly organised in Excel (or CostX if you prefer) so I can track every rupee. Highlight any value-engineering opportunities you spot along the way.
• Tender preparation – Using the same data set, prepare the full tender package: BOQ, rate analysis, commercial terms, clarifications, and any schedules normally demanded by industrial clients. The end file should be submission-ready and formatted to match the employer’s standard (I’ll share a sample).
Speed matters; I intend to issue the tender ASAP. I will be online daily for quick RFI turnarounds and can provide instant access to drawings in DWG/PDF, past cost data, and local code references.
Deliverables will be accepted once the budget sheet reconciles within ±2 % of my benchmark figures and the tender pack passes my compliance checklist (completeness, formatting, no arithmetic errors).
