Heritage Project Program & Cashflow
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I’m in the process to revitalise a protected heritage site in Cape Town and need a Quantity Surveyor to translate the scope of work into a solid planning-phase work program and an aligned cash-flow projection. The schedule must cover every activity that happens before & during physical construction:
• Site assessment work (heritage condition surveys, risk allowances) based on the dilapidation report already compiled
• Resource allocation for labour, specialist trades and materials
• progress of work done thus far
Once the logic and durations are set, I also require a month-by-month cash-flow forecast that mirrors the program so I can brief the client on how the work will be executed as per the bill of quantities. Please show monthly spend, cumulative totals and percentage of total budget.
You may build the Gantt chart in MS Project, Primavera or a fully linked Excel file—whichever you’re most comfortable with—so long as dependencies and calendars are intact. I will supply existing drawings, consultant reports and budget allowances on appointment and remain available for quick clarifications.
Deliverables
1. Editable planning-phase work program.
2. Linked monthly cash-flow forecast.
