Grant Writer for Youth Outreach

Job ID: 40615567

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

Our nonprofit youth group is preparing to scale up our community outreach activities, and well-crafted grant proposals are the next critical step. I need an experienced grant writer who can take the lead on the full process—from prospect research right through to a polished, submission-ready application.

You will need to:
• Pinpoint the most promising opportunities across government, foundation, and corporate funders that align with youth-focused community outreach.
• Gather and synthesize data we already have on program impact, budget needs, and beneficiary stories, then turn that information into a compelling narrative that meets each funder’s guidelines.
• Build a concise budget and outcomes matrix that shows clear, measurable results.
• Package everything—cover letters, narratives, budgets, and required attachments—so it is ready to upload or mail with no extra formatting on my end.

Acceptance criteria: each proposal must follow the funder’s word/character limits, include all mandatory attachments, and pass an internal copy-editing check I will provide within 48 hours of delivery.

If you are comfortable navigating typical portals (Grants.gov, Foundation Directory Online, corporate CSR sites) and can deliver at least two high-quality, submission-ready proposals within the first four weeks, let’s get started.
