Budget and Master planning module configuration in d365 Finops

My organization is looking for a freelancer to configure a budget and master planning module in the d365 FinOps platform. We will not be migrating any existing data and are looking for minimal customization to the module. The specific functionalities of the module that we are looking for include budgeting. We are open to any suggestions for additional appropriate features and functionalities. The successful freelancer must have prior experience with similar work and understanding of the d365 FinOps platform.
