I'm starting the organization of a special 80th birthday bash to be held out of town in Las Vegas, NV August 30, 2025 - Sept 1, 2025. I need help now setting up the hotel (New York, New York for the guest of honor and invitees) and arranging for a lunch/dinner at the Bellagio so the information can be added to the invitations.
