I'm seeking an experienced WordPress developer to set up and customize a marriage theme for my matchmaking website.

Key Requirements:
- Multi-language setup: English (default), Arabic, and more later. SEO optimization needed.
- Configure BuddyPress: profile fields and matching system.
- Memberships management via Paid Memberships Pro (Free + Premium).
- Payment gateways integration: Stripe and PayPal.
- Add Prestige Marketplace: users can buy exclusive items (badges, icons) to display beside their name.
- Add Gifts Marketplace: users can send paid gifts in chat/profile.
- Optional: Credits system for messages and gifts.
- Configure chat, notifications, and emails (SMTP).

Deliverables:
- Fully functional site with test users.
