BuddyPress Paid Groups Plugin

I need an expert WordPress and Buddypress plugin developer to create a plugin which allows users to create groups (which BuddyPress already does) but also to charge other members to access their newly created group.

I have WordPress with Buddypress installed. I have it set so my users can create groups.
What I would like is that my users can create groups and charge people to join their group. The money collected would be a split between me and the group owner. The split could be easily done in Stripe Connect where the money is split in real time or this could connect to Woocommerce.
Of course for the admin of the group there would need to be a page that they only see, where they would set pricing for group. The pricing could be one time or monthly recurring charge. This would also be the area where they would connect their Stripe account.
