Description
We’re building a private family membership site using BuddyBoss and EventON RSVP Add-on. We need a reliable WordPress developer to finalize RSVP functionality (like TheKnot.com), set up 4 custom wedding events, and merge the staging site into the main site.
Project Tasks
- Display RSVP guest list with custom fields (e.g., what they’re bringing)
- Create 4 custom RSVP event pages (Mehndi, Nikah, Baraat, Walima), each with:
- Custom image/banner
- RSVP form
- Google Maps embed
- Ability to export RSVP responses to CSV/Excel
- Fix menu issues (hover behavior, icons)
- Enable social features: groups, activity feed, profile completion, media upload/sharing
- Merge BuddyBoss staging site into live site without losing content
- Restrict RSVP and event pages to logged-in users only
- Provide a training video showing how to manage RSVP events and user content

- All premium plugin licenses (BuddyBoss, EventON, RSVP Add-on)
- Users already imported
- One test RSVP event already working
- Scope document (PDF attached)
