Add "confirm email" field in registration form

I am running a social web site with Wordpress and Buddypress.

My template is the BuddyX free version. I am using the WP native registration form.

I want to make the user registration experience be more seamless. Also, I am fed up with loosing potential users who dont' succeed to register because of a false email adresse.

So, what I exactly need :

1 - https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/26534506?key=b8426aa5820365f42018bcd0f3e28b34 : I want to add a "Confirm email" field in the registration form (in french : "Confirmer adresse-mail"). If the email adress does not match with the email of the "email" field, a warning message appears (in french : "Les e-mails ne correspondent pas !") and you can't validate the form.

2 - https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/26534506?key=b8426aa5820365f42018bcd0f3e28b34 : I want to remove the example of password and let the field be empty.

3 - https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/26534598?key=45e8bb22c5a5e817381c033dcae42f9a : Once you have validated the form, a message appears in an other window. I want to modify the text.
