I need mobile field app and a desktop dashboard to help organizing my small land surveying business. My field guy needs an simple mobile app to organize tasks streamline file management/sharing. (see flowchart attached).
Here is a brief description of my workflow:
Create job number, enter client contact info, property address, category. Then assign the job to employee calendar. First task: Research. (upload files to cloud) Second task: Field Work. (upload files to cloud) Third task: Drafting. (upload files to cloud) Forth task: Crew Review (upload files to cloud) Fifth task: PLS Review (upload files to cloud) Final task: Send PDF to client.
