Project Overview
Terap HR Copilot is an AI-powered HR tool designed to help companies:

Detect burnout and emotional risks early.

Analyze and manage absenteeism patterns.

Foster a culture of recognition and peer support.

The MVP will deliver a web-based platform for HR teams with AI analysis, visual dashboards, employee self-check-ins, and a recognition system (“Terap Achievers”).

1. Core Features
1.1 Absence Pattern Analyzer
Upload CSV of absence logs (manual or via form).

Display:

Total absences per employee.

Absence frequency patterns (e.g., Fridays, post-leave, etc.).

Generate:

Risk score per employee.

Absence calendar heatmap.

Alert HR if thresholds are crossed.

1.2 Burnout Risk Detection via Weekly Check-ins
Weekly form with:

5 Likert-scale questions (mood, stress, energy).

Optional free-text input (“How are you feeling this week?”)

NLP model extracts emotional tone from free-text.

Score calculation:

Sentiment trend (2+ weeks of negative tone triggers alert).

Weighted burnout score saved in employee profile.

1.3 Personalized Action Recommender
Based on burnout or absence risk:

Suggest 1:1s, coaching, time-off, or check-ins.

Recommender adapts per employee’s department and history.

Admin can manage/edit suggestion bank.
