Simple iOS Bubble App Development

I'm in need of a skilled Bubble developer to create a simple iOS application for my internal team. The application will incorporate user registration and login functionality.

Key Requirements:
- Expertise in Bubble.io using a sample Ez Mobile PWA template (or design from scratch for a sufficiently efficiently skilled developer)
- Experience in developing bubble for deployment on iOS phone
- Ability to implement a notification / alert feature so that when the app is on a phone that it receives notifications for visible viewing
