SaaS App Build. Review Automation Platform (Bubble.io preferred)

I'm building a Google review automation SaaS platform for local businesses and tradies in New Zealand. The marketing website is already built. I need the core web application built — client-facing dashboard, automations, and integrations.

I have a clear product spec, competitor research, and design references ready to share. I know exactly what needs to be built. I need a developer who can execute efficiently without hand-holding.

What the product does:

It does three things:

1. Sends automated review requests to customers via email and SMS after a job is completed
2. Routes customers through a smart filter page — happy customers go to Google, unhappy feedback is captured privately
3. Manages Google reviews in a dashboard — AI-generated replies, Google Business Profile posts, weekly summaries

**The tech stack I have in mind:**

- Bubble.io for the client dashboard and web app
- Make.com for automation workflows
- Twilio for SMS delivery
- SendGrid for email delivery
- Stripe for subscription billing
- Google Business Profile API for review syncing and replies
- Supabase if an additional database is needed

Open to alternative suggestions if you have a better approach at similar or lower cost — but Bubble is preferred for maintainability.

**The app needs these core screens and functions:**

**Dashboard**
- Current Google star rating and total review count
- Review growth chart over time (this week / this month / last 3 months / all time)
- Stats: reviews this week, requests sent this week, requests pending
- Competitor tracking — ability to add up to 3 competitor Google profiles to benchmark against
- Next milestone indicator (e.g. "3 more reviews to reach 50")

**Contacts**
- Customer database per business account
- Add contact manually (name, email, phone)
- Bulk import via CSV
- Contact status tracking: Pending / Email Sent / SMS Sent / Review Left / Excluded
- Ability to exclude contacts from future requests

**Reviews**
- All Google reviews pulled in via Google Business Profile API
- Star rating, reviewer name, date, review text displayed
- AI-generated reply suggestions per review (using OpenAI or Claude API)
- One-click approve and post reply back to Google
- Filter by star rating, date, replied/not replied

**Settings — Message Templates**
- Customisable email template with dynamic tags: [first_name], [business_name], [review_link]
- Customisable SMS template with the same dynamic tags
- Preset tone options: Friendly / Warm / Direct
- Live preview of email and SMS before saving

**Settings — Review Filter Page**
- Each business account gets a unique URL: reviewloop.co.nz/[business-slug]
- Customisable page title and subtitle
- Button style options: thumbs emojis / stars / faces
- Upload business logo
- Live mobile preview
- Thumbs up → redirects to their Google review link
- Thumbs down → shows private feedback form, notifies business owner by email

**Settings — Review Widget**
- Embeddable widget showing Google reviews on client's own website
- At least two styles: slider and review wall
- Auto-generates iframe embed code

**Settings — Excluded Contacts**
- List of contacts excluded from review requests
- Exclusion reason: Left Review / Asked Not To Be Contacted / Other
- Ability to re-include contacts

**Settings — Integrations**
- Google Business Profile — OAuth connection to sync reviews
- Xero — sync customers from paid invoices
- ServiceM8 — import completed jobs and trigger review requests
- Fergus — import completed jobs and trigger review requests
- MYOB — trigger from paid invoices
- Each integration shows connected/disconnected status with connect/disconnect button

**Admin / Super Admin Panel (for me as the platform owner)**
- See all business accounts on the platform
- Account status: active / trial / cancelled
- Subscription plan per account
- Ability to manually add or suspend accounts
- Basic platform stats: total accounts, total reviews generated, total requests sent

**Onboarding Flow**
- New client signs up, enters business name, uploads logo, connects Google Business Profile
- Guided setup: connect integration → customise message template → customise filter page → send first test request
- Should take under 5 minutes to complete

**Billing**
- Stripe integration for recurring subscriptions
- Three plans: TBC
- Upgrade/downgrade between plans
- Cancel anytime from within the dashboard

**Design requirements:**

- Clean, modern, professional
- White background with dark text, orange (#F5A623) as primary accent colour
- Consistent with the marketing site design
- Mobile responsive
- I will provide full design reference screenshots and a competitor app to reference
- The app should feel premium — not like a template

**Multi-tenancy:**

Each business that signs up gets their own account. Their data — contacts, reviews, settings — is completely separate from every other account. This is non-negotiable.

- Marketing website files for design reference
- Written spec for every screen (already prepared)
- Google review link format and filter page URL structure
- All copy and content
- Prompt responses within 24 hours throughout the project
- Clear, decisive feedback — no scope creep


**What I'm looking for in a developer:**

- Demonstrated experience building SaaS apps in Bubble.io
- Portfolio showing multi-tenant apps with Stripe billing and third party API integrations
- Able to work to a clear spec without needing to redesign the brief
- Clear communicator — plain English updates, not technical jargon
- Milestone-based delivery so I can review and approve each stage before the next begins

I want this broken into clear milestones:

- Milestone 1: Core app structure, user auth, multi-tenancy, onboarding flow
- Milestone 2: Contacts, filter page, message templates, Make.com automations
- Milestone 3: Google API integration, reviews dashboard, AI reply generation
- Milestone 4: Integrations (Xero, ServiceM8, Fergus, MYOB)
- Milestone 5: Stripe billing, admin panel, widget, final polish
