Referral application on Bubble.io

Hello,
We are looking for an experienced Bubble.io developer to build a simple, modern, and fully French-language web application for our car financing business based in Quebec, Canada.
The goal is to allow our customers to refer other potential car buyers. When a referral results in a completed sale, we pay the referrer by check (offline/manual).
This project is 100% in French, so you must be comfortable building apps with French interface elements (we’ll provide all text). Only two roles are needed: Client and Admin.
Main features required:
Client (Referrer) Dashboard:
Create an account (email + password)
Fill out a form to refer a new client (name, phone, email)
View list of submitted referrals with current status:
En traitement / Vendu / Non conclu (In progress / Sold / Not closed)
View total commissions earned
View list of payments already received
Admin Dashboard:
Login with admin role
See all submitted referrals
Update referral status manually
Add commission payments (referrer, amount, date, method = “Chèque”)
View commission totals per user
Database types suggested:
User → name, email, phone, role (Admin/Client)
Referral → referred client’s info, linked to user, date, status, commission
Payment → linked to user, amount, date, method (check)
Design preferences:
Clean and responsive (desktop + mobile)
UI in French only
Brand colors: black + green
Company logo will be provided
Other notes:
No online payments, no Stripe/PayPal needed
All payments are handled manually (by check)
Text content in French will be provided
Must include basic role-based access (Client vs Admin)
This MVP may evolve into a more advanced version
