1) Implementing a smart assistant pop-up using GPT chat.
2) Introducing a block on the homepage for AI-driven property value estimation.
3) Integrating a smart AI search function that generates personalized recommendations based on client requests.
4) Implementing multilingual support in English and Russian.
5) Rearranging elements on the homepage, replacing unnecessary blocks, and swapping the logo for a banner.
6) Removing the buy/rent button on the product page, as the site will solely cater to customer consultations.
