Description:
We are a travel company looking to develop a bubble-based itinerary maker app for our internal sales team. The goal is to automate itinerary creation, package costing, and presentation while keeping flexibility for customization.

Core Requirements:

Develop a bubbke app (mobile + desktop) connected to Google Sheets/Airtable.
Two user roles: Admin (manage hotels, cabs, policies) & Sales team (create itineraries).
Hotel & Cab Master Setup: Ability to add/update hotels with nightly cost and cab types with per-day rates.
Itinerary Builder: Input trip details (pickup, destinations, group size, dates) → auto-select cab, assign hotel, calculate costs using our fixed formula.
Cost Formula:

Cab = daily rate × days
Hotel = rate per person per night × nights
Add-ons (e.g., houseboat cost)
+20% markup
Final per person price (with child policy rules).
AI Integration (ChatGPT via OpenAI API): Generate sightseeing descriptions, auto-fill itineraries, allow text customization.
Export/Sharing: Generate clean branded PDF itineraries (with our logo, hotel details, policies) and share via WhatsApp/email.
Reports/Dashboard: Track itineraries per sales agent and conversion insights.

Deliverables:

Fully functional bubble app (sales team + admin view).
Preloaded with our sample hotel/cab data.
Branded PDF template for itineraries.
Training session for our team.
Timeline: 3–4 weeks
