Pick data from GoogleSheets and make a 3 page App

I am looking for a freelancer to create a Web App that picks data from GoogleSheets. The app should have the following requirements:
- The app should be able to pick both numbers and text data from GoogleSheets.
- The app should be a Web App, accessible through a browser.
- The app does not need to be interactive.
