1st submission:
1. 2-UI Web Index Register/Login Page: Portal Admin, Service Provider (In later submissions for mobile will add beneficiary)
2. Portal Admin: To Manage Accounts. And Cities as geo zones (Later Submissions will continue the remaining modules and functions)
3. Service Provider: To Manage 2 Modules out of 7 for the first submission (1st 5 functions, 2nd 6 functions).
The remaining submissions will be discussed later
