Local Producers Mobile/Web App

Job ID: 38683322

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I'm looking for a mobile and web app developer that can create an offering platform for local food producers.

Key Features:
- Inventory Management: Local producers should be able to maintain the list of their products available for sale.
- In-app Messaging: This will facilitate communication between producers and potential buyers along with push notifications.
- Google Map Integration: The app should have the ability to show the location of the local producers.
- Rating System: A system for users to rate their experiences with different producers and their products.
- No payment integration required.

Ideal Skills:
- Strong background in mobile app development.
- Experience in creating e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge in integrating Google Maps API into mobile apps.
- Ability to implement a secure and user-friendly in-app messaging system.
- Ability to create a mobile app and a web page in optimal way

Description of the app features:

- New user registration (required information: first name, email address, and password).
- Login for registered users (using email and password).
- Editing user data and adding optional information such as Last Name, Home Address (verified by Google), Phone Number, Default Role (Seller, Buyer).
- Terms of Service section.
- Choosing whether the user wants to sell or buy something right after logging in (if a default role has not been defined).
- Sellers can define in their profile (Screen 1) what products they have for sale (from a predefined list of available products) or choose "Other" and manually enter the product name. Products can have a price and an image (but these fields are optional). The seller must provide an address where the products will be available, as well as the days and hours. They can provide up to 3 addresses, which should be associated with their profile, and have the option to mark "current location" as the place of sale, in which case the address should be pulled from Google Maps. After adding products, the address, and clicking "publish," a pin appears on the map and is viewable to the buyers using the app. When clicked, the pin displays the product list, address, and the days and hours of sale. The seller can also add additional information in the form of free text. There's also a "Details" button, which, when clicked, shows the seller's detailed information (Screen 3): a small map indicating the address with a "navigate" button, first name, last name, address, phone number, days and hours of sale, additional information, a list of products available for sale with prices and photos, and a rating (based on buyer reviews).
- Buyers go directly to a map view (Screen 2), where pins representing all sellers within a 15km radius of their current location are displayed, and navigating through the map will display additional pins as appropriate. Buyers can filter by product or address, and upon entering Screen 3, they can rate the seller (1-5) (only one rating per user/per seller).
- no payment feature available in the app/web-page. This should be simple app: sellers can mark on a daily basis the places where they will offer products and buyers can review the sellers/products in their proximity (and should be able to navigate to chosen seller directly from the app)
