Existing web app > build the mobile version via Bubble for iOS

I am looking for a skilled developer to build the mobile version of our existing web app using Bubble for iOS. The mobile version should include only the essential features of the web app.
I have specific design guidelines for the app, so the developer should be able to follow those guidelines.
As for customer data access, this question was skipped, so further clarification may be needed from the client.
The current web app is fully functioning. It is a real estate agent dashboard that does the following:
Provide an instant estimate for home services projects.
Provides status updates.
Allows for downloads of marketing assets like pictures of a living room
Create a shareable link
-all other pages are static like view rewards, history of prior transactions
