I'm looking for a proficient developer who can enhance an existing smart calendar application for Operating Room management that was created in Bubble.io. Here's what's needed for this upgrade:

- Develop a User Settings choice, with defined functions such as Password change; Language preferences, Time settings, Display Name, Current Role.
- Introduce Log Export Functionality
- Define User Roles
- Create new pages for Help and User Detail
