Commercial & Technical Discovery App for Home Renovation

I'm looking to develop a web-based application that helps in the commercial and technical discovery for home renovation projects.
Key Features:
- User Roles: The app should cater to two user roles - the Client and the Administrator. The Field Agent role is included.
- Data Collection: The application needs to facilitate the filling of forms based on questions posed to the client or observations made on-site.
- Data Processing: The collected data should be processed through calculations or data cross-referencing to propose optimal renovation solutions for the client. This should also include calculating applicable financial aids.
- Document Automation: Upon the client’s approval of a quote, the app should automatically generate necessary project continuation documents (urban planning, reduced VAT CERFA, audit requests, etc.).
