Build Interactive Pylon/Totem Sign Configurator Web App on Bubble.io (No-Code, MVP)

Project Description:
We’re seeking an experienced Bubble.io developer to build a no-code web app for designing multi-panel pylon/totem signs (6–12 stacked panels, like roadside advertising structures). This app will replace our spreadsheet-based process with an interactive, user-friendly tool.
Users will log in, select a pylon template, customise panels with pre-uploaded graphics, and generate PDFs that can be automatically emailed to them and our admin team.

Core MVP Features:

User Authentication & Setup
Email/password registration and login
Require site address/location before designing

Pylon Template & Scaling
Base pylon sign should be scalable while maintaining consistent proportions across all configurations
Size variants: 3.5m, 6m, 7m, 9m, and 12m
Fixed header section with graphics that can be swapped
Fuel price and fuel type area that adapts to the selected pylon size
Modular panel zones below fuel pricing, supporting single or double panel layouts
Panels independently swappable without creating fixed combinations; layout adapts automatically to pylon size

Interactive Panel Customization
Clickable panels with dropdowns or image selectors
Library of 50–100 pre-uploaded graphics/images (categorised)
Real-time live preview of stacked panels using overlays, repeating groups, or conditional visibility
Intuitive interface for non-designers with clearly labelled layers and variants

Save, Dashboard & Editing
Save designs (store selections and site info in Bubble database)
Personal dashboard to view, edit, and reopen saved designs
Re-saving updates PDFs automatically

Export & Automation
Generate PDF of full pylon design, including panels, header, fuel pricing, and site info
Optional inclusion of client name, date, and reference number
Auto-send PDF to user via email
Auto-notify admin team with PDF + design details
Recommend reliable PDF plugin (e.g., CraftMyPDF, PDFMonkey, or Bubble native tools)

Admin Functionality
Secure admin page to upload/add/edit/delete graphics with metadata
View and filter all users, designs, and site addresses

Technical Requirements
Built entirely in Bubble.io (no external code unless necessary)
