Bubble.io web app with on demand tutor matching

I am looking forward to have a bubble.io webapp developed where a user will be matched with the perfect tutor to take up the lesson. The app will be similar to an LMS but instead of pre-recorded videos, it will be live video call with the tutor. Integration with a video call system preferrable Twilio or Bigbluebutton required.

Require three separate dashboards 1: Users, 2: Tutors 3: Admins

2: Tutors need to manage their schedule, appointments and class request from learners
, need to track their earnings
,need a profile page with details to be filled in [will be used for the matching algorithm]
, view activated courses/lessons - eligible to conduct tutoring - decided by admins

3: Admin dash board
, need basic analytics of total sessions conducted, active students, MAU/DAU, active trainers, total earnings
, user management
, tutor management - activating/deactivating specific tutors for a course and or individual lessons
, course management - creating courses and lesson, adding text, videos as additional study materials, quiz creation and management
