Stripe integration for a freelance marketplace with 2 user types, Freelancer and Client
1. The Client pays 100% upfront, the money goes to the admin account.
2. When the work is approved, the admin transfers the money to the Artist, less the commission. (automatic)
3. If the work fails, money is returned to the client e-wallet in automatic (not card or bank account). The client can re‐use the credit or withdraw the money with a request to the admin. This is a manual action.
Do to:

The Client pays with a credit or debit card.
If credit is available, it must be used before the credit or debit card
The Artist will need a Stripe account to get paid
