Bubble marketplace app - UX and other enhancements

I'm involved in a videoconferencing based mentoring platform for the music industry called Bandwagon (bandwagonhub.com) .The app/platform is built in Bubble and we launched last week, but we've lost confidence in our Dev being able to take the app any further.
What I'm looking for is a seasoned freelance Bubble Dev (no agencies) who can dive in and out as our needs require and quote each ask as and when they arise.
I need to know your hourly rate and ideally want someone based in Australia so we're working in the same time zone.
