Job Description:
Nest Veterinary is seeking a skilled and motivated Omni-Channel Customer Support Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining an omni-channel customer support software similar to Front (front.com) for our veterinary clinics. The software will enable our support team to efficiently manage customer inquiries through text, email, and chat, integrated with veterinary medical records systems through our Xano data warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an omni-channel customer support software tailored to the needs of veterinary clinics.
Integrate the software with client veterinary medical records systems through the Xano data warehouse.
Allow seamless communication between pet parents and veterinary clinics via text, email, and chat.
Enable the support team to address inquiries, delegate conversations, and prioritize by urgency.
Collaborate with the team to enhance and debug the software as needed.
Work on continuous improvement, adding new features, and optimizing performance over time.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of extensive experience with Bubble.
Skills: Some experience with Xano.
Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with the team and understand client needs.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities.
Self-Motivated: Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently.
