Bubble Template and 2 pages

I am looking for quotes on a Basic Bubble.ioi application and template/look and feel from scratch not from Template....
I have build a extremely basic app that has a single Thing to manage things linked to current user.
All other pages will be information from API whos result will depend on existing thing selected.
I am looking for someone to setup the Look and Feel/Template for this app as well as assist in the 1st page.
All Included.
Look and Feel.
Reusable Header, Index page (blank except for header), device page (existing thing with one field that can be edited), device_users, return of information from API depending on selected device (thing)
Would als olike email to be setup to use mailgun, I will use a magic link for login.
I am attaching 3 files, a lookandfeel I like, this is from another system of ours. Would like to match it, I however have not other files, info available for you except this screenshot.
The device thing that needs to be managed. The signed in user will only be able to edit the name field.
The existingdevicepage I built to pull information for the device, currently I have hardcoded the device and a dropdown with the customers devices needs to selected and the parameter device= needs to be updated to query the API.
